Yes! That's one of the main benefits. We assign a dedicated driver for your entire charter. They'll know your schedule, preferences, and regular destinations. In rare cases (illness, emergency), we'll provide an equally qualified replacement and inform you immediately.

No problem at all. Multi-day charters are flexible by design. Need to add a factory visit? Cancel a day? Change pickup times? Just message your driver or our support team. We adapt to your evolving schedule.

The 10 hours starts from first pickup and ends at final drop-off. Waiting time during your meetings, meals, etc. is included. If you need more than 10 hours on a particular day, overtime is charged at an hourly rate (varies by vehicle type).

Yes. If your charter includes trips to Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, or other cities, we'll factor this into the quote. The same driver can handle both city and intercity transport. Just let us know your anticipated destinations when booking.

We offer flexible payment options: full payment upfront (with additional discount), 50% deposit + balance at end, or monthly invoicing for corporate accounts. We accept card, PayPal, bank transfer, and Chinese payment methods.
