1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by CantonRide.
  • A valid booking requires a confirmed reservation (via email or WhatsApp) from our team.
  • Prices quoted on our website are indicative and may vary based on specific requirements.
  • We accept payment via credit card,Visa/MasterCard), PayPal, bank transfer, and cash (CNY or USD).
  • A deposit of 20% of the total fare is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before or after the service.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.
  • No-shows (failure to appear for a scheduled pickup without cancellation) are charged the full fare.
  • Flight delays do not count as cancellations — we track your flight and adjust accordingly at no extra charge.

4. Service Conditions

  • Service includes a licensed driver and a well-maintained, air-conditioned vehicle.
  • Waiting time during your trip (meetings, factory visits, etc.) is included in the standard daily rate for up to the allotted hours.
  • Overtime beyond the included hours is charged at an hourly rate, which varies by vehicle type.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings left in the vehicle.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities.
  • Missed flights, meetings, or connections.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

6. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our service without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers of significant changes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Guangzhou, China.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
